To keep you all updated with the goings on in the world of showbiz Skinniman Stylie!?!10.08.04
Silence means Bizzy Ozzy...
Yep, I've been busy recently so i've slacked a bit with the news and gig updates. A lot has been happening tho and it's all been fun and frollics.
I guess the most significant event has to be the Dormans 2004 Funsize Festival that was comprised of a field in Dormansland owned by our mate Mr. Chris K, many tents, loads of our mates and a kickass PA to blow away our neighbours of which there aren't any! Although we still managed to get a call from the Environmental Health Agency to say that we received a lot of complaints from people miles down the road - RESPECT!
Anyway Dormans 2004, as I said, was a Funsize Festival aranged by Mr. Rob Dubber, Mr. Chris Keward and of course myself, as a kinda summer band/dj day. It turned out really nice and everyone seemed to really enjoy the whole afair. Many thanks to Danny Bridle, all of Fade, Elvis Garnham - A.K.A. The Future Sound of Elvis and of course the rest of the Skinniman crew for playing a wicked set! Thanks also to all those who came, saw and camped - we couldn't have done it without all the superb support!!!
So what's new???
Well we have released a Live CD of the previously mentioned Dormans 2004 Skinniman Dancing Set - See the SOUNDS section for more info/ordering.
I am currently adding some amusing photos to the SKINNIBILIA section of site - so be sure to check that out too!
So what's coming up???
Well young scallywags!
We have another gig lined up for this coming Friday... So get your pens ready...
The Date is this coming Friday 13.08.04
We are playing the Queens Hall, East Grinstead.
Doors open at 7.30PM. (We are the second band on at 8.45).
It costs a sensationally cheap £3 for entry and bar.
Got it?? Good!
I hope you can all make it to support the other bands as well as us, as apparently the gig is being recorded live.
Take care of yowselves
Mr. Ozzy-B
